Documents required:

• Proof of age (birth certificate)
• Proof of residence address- Electricity Bill/Telephone( landline) bill/Current Bank Account Statement/- lease deed made six months prior to the submission of the application from along with an affidavit on stamp paper should be submitted in case of ..rental accommodation.
• Vaccination Card
• Four photographs of the child
• One photograph of each parent.
• Latest fee bill of the sibling currently studying in Our School.
• Affidavit for first born child.
• Transfer certificate from Govt / Affiliated school
• Mark sheet of the previous class passed
